Vinyasa yoga involves using the breath to flow between different yoga poses, also known as asanas. Whilst the physical aspect of a regular yoga practice can increase muscle strength and flexibility, the breath aspect, pranayama, can relax and energise the mind and body.

What to Expect

To encourage my students to connect with the mind and body, I open and close all my classes with either breathwork or guided meditation. During the movement practice you can expect a flowing sequence that will target and lengthen different muscles in the body. I tailor my classes to all levels of experience, offering a range of options to suit different bodies, allowing you to shape your own practice.

What To Bring

Please bring your own yoga mat to the class and do get in touch if you aren’t able to do so. You may want to bring a water bottle and sometimes people like to bring a blanket for padding beneath the knees or for savasana; the restorative pose before the end of practice.

What To Wear

Wear comfortable and breathable clothing that allow you to move freely. I like to wear comfy leggings!
