Vinyasa Flow
What to Expect
A warming flow, offering space to explore the breath and strengthening postures. We’ll be using the breath to flow through movement which will target and lengthen different muscles in the body. These classes open and close with gentle movement and guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness. Bricks are provided to make postures more accessible. All levels of experience welcome, no prior experience necessary.

What to Expect
A mindful practice influenced by vinyasa and restorative yoga to connect compassionately with the breath and body. Expect a gentle flow leading towards restful postures and stillness. We’ll use bricks and bolsters to maximise comfort and rest. These classes open and close with guided meditation to cultivate mindfulness.
