About Me
Yoga helps me to connect compassionately with my breath, mind, and body. I would like to help you explore your own unique relationship with the practice. Inclusivity is at the core of my student-centred teaching approach. I tailor my classes to all levels of experience, offering a range of options to suit different bodies, allowing you to shape your own practice. You are welcome to all of my classes, regardless of experience.
Since completing my 200-hour YTT at Nourish Yoga Training (2020), I have been teaching yoga in Oxford. This training and subsequent teaching experience has equipped me with a strong understanding of the history and heritage of yoga, human anatomy, and meditation. I teach how to use breath to flow through a range of movement practices, including; Vinyasa , Restore, Yin , and Hot Flow.
My weekly classes at Old Headington Village Hall run throughout the year. Vinyasa Flow on Wednesday evenings and Restore Flow on Thursday evenings, both 6-7pm. I also teach weekly yoga classes for Prana Yoga Oxford and Nuffield Health The Oxfordshire Health & Racquets Club. For private one-to-one sessions and corporate packages, get in touch.
My workshops and retreats take place in local Oxford communities, offering extended practices and time to meet new people. Often, I do this in collaboration with other teachers, who bring their own unique teachings to these events.
