Retreat Schedule
11am Opening circle followed by an Earth-inspired Mandala Vinyasa yoga practice with Sarah
12:30pm lunch, with wood fired flat breads, adding your own choice of toppings made fresh in the garden’s pizza oven, plus homemade Skandi salads
1:30pm Summer head garland-making out in the garden
2:30pm Restorative flow and Yoga Nidra meditation with Vicky
3:30pm Closing circle with teas and sweat Scandi treats by the fire pit

Yoga mat
Comfy clothes which you can move freely in
Bottle of water
Eye pillow or scarf to place over the eyes (optional)
Extra blanket or pillow to use during the Yoga Nidra (optional)
Cancellation Policy:
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, but are happy for anyone who is unable to attend to pass their place on to someone else. If one facilitator is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the workshop will go ahead as planned. The schedule will be kept as close as possible to the original, but activities may differ from the event description above.
If we have to cancel the event or reschedule, all participants will be refunded or offered a place at a future workshop.
